Yahya Al Chaar – John is a Lebanese entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Cyprus, serving as Chief Growth Officer at Chaar Group Real Estate Developers. Building on a family legacy in real estate dating back to 1968 in Beirut, he is now focused on expanding the Group’s development and investment activities in Cyprus, particularly in Larnaca.

With a background in business management, real estate, contracting, and business development, John is actively involved in identifying investment opportunities, developing residential projects, and driving the strategic growth of Chaar Group across new markets.
