Co-Founder of essere.ai

Kyriaki Parmakki

Kyriaki Parmakki is co-founder of essere.ai, a solution studio based in Limassol that builds the systems a business runs on and the AI intelligence that works on top of them. She holds an MBA and brings over twelve years of corporate and commercial experience, and she owns the commercial side of the company: growth, partnerships, and every conversation that reaches a client. Inside the studio she is the bridge between the technical, the vision and the commercial, which in practice means she is the one who turns what a business actually needs into something that gets built and used.

A property or construction business in Cyprus runs on three things: the phone, the paperwork, and the people. Value leaks out of all three. The call that rings out at eight in the evening from a buyer three time zones away. The enquiry that lives in one person’s phone and dies there. The quantities typed out of a drawing into a spreadsheet, then typed again into a quotation. The invoices filed by hand at the end of the month. essere.ai builds the layer that catches all of it. Ciao, the studio’s AI receptionist, answers every call day and night in more than thirty languages, qualifies the enquiry, books the viewing or the site visit, and passes the team only what genuinely needs a person, with a transcript and a written summary after every call. Alongside it the studio builds the operational spine: CRM, project management, workflow audits, process automation, and agentic AI that reads documents so numbers arrive where they are needed instead of being entered twice.

Her argument for this island is simple. The value a Cypriot company creates should stay inside that company. essere.ai audits, designs, builds, delivers, and then trains the client’s own team, so the business owns the system at the end rather than renting it from a vendor abroad. One partner instead of a dozen. More revenue, more time and more growth, without more headcount.

Kyriaki works hands on with agentic AI herself, from prompt design through to production pipelines, and speaks on what it takes to put AI inside a business that has to keep running while you do it.
