1. General

By accessing the website https://cypruspropertyweek.com/ operated by Cyprus Property Week, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to every contractual party (including any purchaser of a ticket or individual registering for an event or conference organized by Cyprus Property Week). Cyprus Property Week reserves the right to amend, update, or remove these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other information or content on the website, at any time without prior notice.

2. Prices

2.1 All ticket prices listed on the cypruspropertyweek.com website are inclusive of applicable value-added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Discounted tickets (e.g., promotional codes) are only valid in combination with an authorized qualifying discount.

2.3 All sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, substitution of speakers, or attendee no-show.

2.4 Ticket holders who cannot attend may transfer their ticket to a third party, provided the ticket has been fully paid. The new participant’s contact details must be sent to cypruspropertyweek.com at least 14 days prior to the event via email at info@cypruspropertyweek.com. The person or organization liable for payment cannot be changed.

2.5 Tickets purchased are strictly for personal or business use and may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Any resale or attempted resale of tickets will result in cancellation of the tickets without refund.

2.6 If an event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure), no refunds will be provided. cypruspropertyweek.com is not liable for any additional expenses incurred.

2.7 cypruspropertyweek.com reserves the right to modify or substitute advertised speakers, topics, formats, dates, times, or event locations at its discretion. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. Any updates will be reflected on the official website as soon as possible.

3. Payment

3.1 cypruspropertyweek.com uses third-party providers to offer secure online payment services. The use of these services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.

3.2 cypruspropertyweek.com may request payment verification in order to resolve disputes or confirm valid purchases.

4. Nondisclosure Agreement

“Confidential Information” refers to any oral, written, visual, or other form of proprietary information disclosed directly or indirectly by cypruspropertyweek.com, including but not limited to business plans, strategies, data, processes, and technologies. Every contractual partner of cypruspropertyweek.com (including attendees) agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and not disclose it to third parties or use it for personal or third-party benefit without prior written consent from cypruspropertyweek.com.

5. Liability

5.1 cypruspropertyweek.com shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during its events. Each participant is responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage. cypruspropertyweek.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

5.2 cypruspropertyweek.com reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for behavior deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 By attending cypruspropertyweek.com events, participants acknowledge that audio, photo, and video recordings may be taken. cypruspropertyweek.com reserves full rights to use such media for press coverage, promotional activities, advertising, websites, and social media, including granting usage rights to third parties.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

6.2 These Terms and Conditions, and all contractual relationships with cypruspropertyweek.com, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be Cyprus.

6.3 cypruspropertyweek.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

7. Ultimate Selfie Challenge — Official Contest Rules

7.1 Overview

This section governs the “Ultimate Selfie Challenge” (the “Contest”), organized by Cyprus Property Week (“Organizer”) in connection with the Cyprus Property Week event (“Event”). By entering the Contest, participants agree to these rules in addition to the general Terms and Conditions above. No purchase is necessary to enter; however, participants must be physically present at the Event’s opening as described in 7.3.

7.2 Eligibility

7.2.1 The Contest is open to individuals who attend the Cyprus Property Week opening event and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

7.2.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Cyprus Property Week and its official sponsors and partners are not eligible to win.

7.2.3 Entrants must hold a valid, public Instagram account, as the Contest is run exclusively on Instagram. Entries posted on other social media platforms are not eligible. Private or restricted Instagram accounts do not qualify, as the Organizer must be able to view the post and count likes.

7.2.4 By entering, participants confirm they have the legal right to travel internationally, including holding or being able to obtain any visa required to travel to Singapore, at the time of prize fulfillment.

7.3 How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, a participant must:

Attend the Cyprus Property Week opening event.
Take a selfie at the designated Selfie Challenge area.
Post the selfie publicly on Instagram (the post must remain public and viewable by the Organizer for the full entry period). Entries posted on other social media platforms will not be considered.
Tag @cypruspropertyweek and @masagodelivery on Instagram and include the official contest hashtag #CPWSelfieChallenge in the caption.
Share the post and may invite others to like it.

Only entries that satisfy all five steps above are eligible. Entries that are private, deleted, or edited to remove the required tag or hashtag before winner announcement will be disqualified.

7.4 Entry Period

The Contest opens at the start of the Cyprus Property Week opening event and closes at the date and time publicly announced by the Organizer on the event website and official social media channels (the “Closing Time”). All times refer to Eastern European Time (EET/EEST, Cyprus). The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the Closing Time and will publish any change on the Contest page.

7.5 Winner Selection

7.5.1 The winner is the participant whose eligible entry has the highest number of genuine likes on the original public post at the Closing Time.

7.5.2 The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to verify that likes are genuine and not generated through bots, purchased engagement, or fake accounts. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes has been artificially inflated.

7.5.3 In the event of a tie, the Organizer will select the winner based on the earliest posting time among the tied entries.

7.5.4 This is a skill/merit-based contest determined by audience engagement, not a random-draw sweepstakes.

7.6 Prize

7.6.1 The prize is a 5-day trip for one (1) person to Singapore to attend the Asia AI Conference on 26 August 2027 (“Prize”).

7.6.2 The Prize includes round-trip economy-class flights and accommodation for the stated duration, as determined by the Organizer. It does not include meals, local transport, travel insurance, visa fees, incidental expenses, or a travel companion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Organizer.

7.6.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner is unable to travel on the arranged dates, the Organizer may offer an alternative date within a reasonable period or, at its sole discretion, select an alternative winner.

7.6.4 Estimated Prize value will be disclosed to the winner upon request and may be relevant for tax reporting purposes (see 7.9).

7.7 Winner Notification & Claim

7.7.1 The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter, and/or the contact details provided at the Event, within a reasonable time after the Closing Time.

7.7.2 The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the Prize, at the Organizer’s discretion.

7.7.3 The winner may be required to provide identification and travel documentation to confirm eligibility before the Prize is issued.

7.8 Content & Media Rights

7.8.1 By posting an entry, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to view, share, repost, and feature their entry (photo and caption) across Cyprus Property Week’s own marketing channels, including its website and social media, for purposes related to the Contest and future promotion of Cyprus Property Week.

7.8.2 This is in addition to, and does not replace, the general media consent described in Section 5.3 of these Terms and Conditions regarding photography and recording at Cyprus Property Week events.

7.9 Tax and Legal Responsibility

Any tax, duty, or other liability arising from the winner’s receipt of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer recommends winners seek independent advice regarding any tax reporting obligations in their country of residence.

7.10 Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform used to enter. Participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability connected with the Contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Cyprus Property Week, not to the platform.

7.11 Disqualification and Fair Play

The Organizer may disqualify any entry or participant that: violates these rules; uses fake, purchased, or bot-generated engagement; tags accounts inaccurately or misleadingly; posts content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights; or otherwise undermines the fairness of the Contest.

7.12 Liability

Participation in the Contest is at each entrant’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Contest or from travel related to the Prize, consistent with the general liability terms in Section 5 above.

7.13 Governing Law and Amendments

This Contest and these rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, consistent with Section 6.2 of these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Contest rules, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time for reasons including but not limited to technical failure, fraud, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Affiliate Marketing Agreement

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Cyprus Property Week” refers to Cyprus Property Week, the merchant or advertiser.

1.2 “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity engaging in affiliate marketing activities.

1.3 “Agreement” refers to this Affiliate Marketing Agreement.

2. APPOINTMENT

2.1 Appointment as Affiliate. Cyprus Property Week appoints Affiliate, and Affiliate accepts the appointment, to promote Cyprus Property Week’s products/services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT

3.1 Commission Structure. Cyprus Property Week agrees to pay Affiliate a commission based on a percentage for each sale generated through Affiliate’s efforts.

3.2 Payment Terms. We process payments whenever affiliates ask for them.

3.3 Tracking and Reporting. Cyprus Property Week will provide Affiliate with unique tracking links to monitor and report on the performance of Affiliate’s marketing efforts.

4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

4.1 Compliance. Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Cyprus Property Week’s policies in promoting Cyprus Property Week’s products/services.

4.2 Approved Materials. Cyprus Property Week may provide Affiliate with approved marketing materials. Affiliate agrees to use only the approved materials in their promotional activities.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Use of Marks. Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cyprus Property Week’s trademarks and logos solely to promote Cyprus Property Week’s products/services.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

6.1 Term. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party.

6.2 Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1 Confidential Information. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

8.1 Independent Contractors. The parties are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

8.2 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
